It is the basis to our success and encompasses all we do on a daily basis to live up to the Copeland family mission. We achieve our culture by living, breathing and exemplifying ACI's Mission Statement, Core Values, Support Center Principles, and Operating Philosophy & Principles and/or Responsibilities in everything we do, with every guest we serve, and with every Krewe Member we hire.
What is a Krewe Member?
A Krewe is an organization that puts on a parade, typically for Mardi Gras. We use the term Krewe to refer to our team that puts on a show for our guests every time they dine with us.
What's it like to work for Copeland's?
Ask our team! In an industry known for high turnover, we are proud of the commitment our team members have made by working their development path and turning their opportunities into a career path!
Training & Development
We want to set you up for success! Copeland's offers a challenging and rewarding training program for all Management and Krewe. Upward mobility is readily available based on performance & validation criteria. Hourly Krewe who exhibit exceptional leadership qualities can work our self-paced Development Path.
Quality training is the foundation of your success! We invest time & resources into all of our Krewe and expect commitment and integrity in return. Managers-In-Training go through an extensive & challenging 12-week training program in which you will partner with certified trainers in each hourly position to learn the in's & out's of Copeland's systems. MITs will experience one-on-ones with Senior Management and Training Managers to discuss what you are learning and what additional tools & resources are needed to ensure you are confident in your knowledge & skills.
Our ongoing development program will keep you engaged! We use annual profile testing to give our Managers a developmental tool to work independently & with their Mentors to provide a clear picture of strengths, opportunities, and overall potential to become a successful leader.
