What is a Krewe Member?

A Krewe is an organization that puts on a parade, typically for Mardi Gras. We use the term Krewe to refer to our team that puts on a show for our guests every time they dine with us.

Training & Development
We want to set you up for success! Copeland's offers a challenging and rewarding training program for all Management and Krewe. Upward mobility is readily available based on performance & validation criteria. Hourly Krewe who exhibit exceptional leadership qualities can work our self-paced Development Path.

Manager-In-Training
Quality training is the foundation of your success! We invest time & resources into all of our Krewe and expect commitment and integrity in return. Managers-In-Training go through an extensive & challenging 12-week training program in which you will partner with certified trainers in each hourly position to learn the in's & out's of Copeland's systems. MITs will experience one-on-ones with Senior Management and Training Managers to discuss what you are learning and what additional tools & resources are needed to ensure you are confident in your knowledge & skills.

Ongoing Development
Our ongoing development program will keep you engaged! We use annual profile testing to give our Managers a developmental tool to work independently & with their Mentors to provide a clear picture of strengths, opportunities, and overall potential to become a successful leader.
