Incorrect orders

Our team takes great care to make sure you receive exactly what you order.  However, if something is incorrect, please contact us and let us know. We will make every effort to correct our mistake to your satisfaction.

Food Quality

We use only the freshest ingredients, cooked to the highest possible standards.  Therefore, we confidently guarantee our product. If you feel that the food is below our standards, please call us and let us know. We will correct the issue and provide an agreeable resolution.

Cancellation of the order

We are unable to provide refunds for the return of food. Also, if an order is cancelled after the food has been prepared, the cancellation cannot be honored. Please contact us directly for questions on this issue.
